1. Who we are
This website, www.7charm.com (the "Site"), is operated by SEVENCHARM NYC LLC ("7Charm," "we," "us," or "our"), a New York limited liability company with its boutique at 1202 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10028, United States. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
The Site is an informational website. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to submit personal information to browse it.
- Information you give us. If you contact us by email (hello@7charm.com) or through social media, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you.
- Technical information. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical logs when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. These logs are used for security, capacity, and troubleshooting purposes.
- Preference storage. The Site stores your cookie-banner choice in your own browser (see Section 3). This value never leaves your device.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies on the Site.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only browser storage we use is:
- 7charm-consent (localStorage) — remembers whether you accepted or declined our cookie notice, so we do not show it to you again. It contains no personal data and is stored only on your device.

The Site contains links to third-party platforms, including Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and X. If you follow those links, the privacy practices of those platforms apply — we encourage you to review their policies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures appropriate to a small informational website to protect the limited information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
