These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.7charm.com (the "Site"), operated by SEVENCHARM NYC LLC ("7Charm," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1202 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10028. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site is informational
The Site presents our boutique, our story, and our contact details. Products shown or described on the Site are offered for sale in our boutique, not through the Site. Descriptions on the Site are for general information only; availability, pricing, and the condition of consignment items are confirmed in store. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer.
3. Consignment items
7Charm curates pre-owned ("pre-loved") and consignment goods. Such items are sold in the condition described in store. Any in-store terms provided at the time of purchase or consignment govern those transactions.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including the 7Charm name, wordmark, text, design, graphics, and imagery — are owned by or licensed to SEVENCHARM NYC LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content or marks without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping at scale, or using it in violation of applicable law.
